Mkiyah Shannon and Michael Boykin started Toolsitch after watching small business owners spend hours every week on tasks that should have been automated years ago. Scheduling, follow-ups, data entry, month-end reporting. Work that keeps the lights on but does not move the needle.

We are based in Mississippi. We work with small businesses across the country, fully remote. Our clients are non-technical owners who are good at what they do and do not want to become software experts. They want the work handled.

Toolsitch exists to change that. We work directly with owners to understand exactly how their operation runs, then build AI systems that handle the repetitive work so they can focus on the work that actually grows their business.
